The company Plukon Sieradz Sp. Z o.o. is looking for Junior IT Service Officer.
The person employed in this position will report to Polish IT Team Leader.

What will belong to your duties and tasks: 

• Widely understood IT support for office employees

• Installation and management of tele-information, audio and video infrastructure

• Basic users administration including Active Directory and ERP system

• Configuration and administration of office IT equipment including computers, laptops, telephones

• Ensuring the continuity of work of multifunction devices, e.g. printers

• Installing applications on workstations and maintaining the application directory

• Training employees in the IT area

• Help organizing meetings / rooms for IT installation

• Keeping IT infrastructure documentation

• Aligning with global IT policies (procedures, work instructions)

We’re looking for people with: 

• First degree related to Information Technology or comparable qualification

• Fluent in Polish and very good English skills

• Basic IT knowledge with willingness to develop new IT skills

• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively

• Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment is preferred
